Answer: You will receive two emails - a confirmation email and a membership email. The confirmation email will come from noreply-service@roosterteeth.com and the membership email will come from noreply@mg.roosterteeth.com.

Question: How do I redeem the gift card?

Answer: You should be able to redeem your code, and apply your FIRST membership gift card here: http://roosterteeth.com/redeem

Question: What happens if I don’t receive my code?

Answer: Do not panic! You will still get the code. Please contact customer service to alert them of the issue. Customer Service can be reached via rtstorecare@roosterteeth.com.

Question: Does my gift card expire?

Answer: Yes, gift cards after 2 years of the original purchase. If you're not sure when your gift card expires, feel free to contact us!
